E3 2011: First day

E3 2011: First day
Summary of the first day of one of the biggest events of the gaming world.

Between 07 and 09 June is one of the biggest events of the gaming world. The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). E3 is an event that occurs annually and brings together the largest gaming companies in the world.
In it are shown the major releases from companies like Nintendo, Microsoft, Square Enix, Activision and many others.

Unlike the events to fans as the Comic-Con, E3 does not suffer from overcrowding and meet the majority of the games industry professionals. Of course there are lines to test the games, but many are there to negotiate partnerships or even just to publicize the event afterwards.

The event began with the novelties introduced by Electronic Arts (FIFA, NHL), Ubisoft (Assassin's Creed), Sony (PS3, PSP), Microsoft (Xbox 360) and Nintendo (Wii, 3DS). On the first day Nintendo unveiled its new handset, the Wii U was once cited as Project Cafe.

The company left its new console away from most games, but was allowed players to test them present it. His control is about 20 cm and a touch screen.
Among the company's games, mostly for the Nintendo 3DS were Luigi's Mansion, a version of ghost hunting style, the remakes Mario Kart 3D, Super Mario, Starfox and Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D.

Resident Evil Revelations was another game to 3DS, but between games from Capcom, one of the most wanted on that first day was Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City that according to those who played the game is a third-person shooter with missions and so multiplayer.

We were among the Silent Hill Downpour, Ninja Gaiden III, Uncharted 3 and Gears of War 3. The search for these last two was great. Sony also introduced its new portable Playstation VITA.

Activision and Square Enix chose to focus on the exposure of the gameplay, their booths were concerned in showing the animations of their new games. The highlight is the new Lara Croft of Square Enix.

That was the summary of the first day of the event, there is still news awaited by fans as Assassin's Creed
Revelation, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and other games like FIFA 2012.
